Tangra AB söker en servicetekniker till sitt dotterbolag Fagon AB.
Fagon har haft en mycket stark tillväxt de senaste åren och behöver nu förstärka sin organisation med en servicetekniker.
Fagon säljer svets- och skärutrustning till svensk verkstadsindustri. Vill du arbeta i en ständigt föränderlig miljö med många kontakter med kunder och leverantörer så är detta en spännande tjänst. Arbetet är mycket mångsidigt och ingen dag är den andra lik. Fagons produktutbud är brett och kunderna finns från Trelleborg i söder till Gällivare i norr.
Du har stora möjligheter att själv planera din arbetsdag och då vi är ett litet företag är beslutsvägarna korta.
Hos oss får du ansvara för hela processen med vårt serviceerbjudande från uppsökande till offert, order, inköp, utförande, fakturering och uppföljning.
Tjänsten innebär resor inom Sverige där våra kunder finns, samt löpande utbildning hos våra leverantörer runt om i Europa. Du får också besöka fackmässor framförallt i Tyskland.

Vi söker en servicetekniker att ta hand om våra kunders maskiner över hela Sverige samt inne på vår egen verkstad i Eslöv.
Du är självgående, punktlig, ordningsam och har en förmåga att sätta dig in i hur många olika typer av maskiner fungerar. Ett stort mått av initiativförmåga är nödvändigt.
Om du har arbetat med svetsutrustning, CNC-styrda skärmaskiner o dyl är det meriterande.

About the position
Tangra AB and its subsidiary Fagon AB is looking to expand our organisation with a service engineer to work both in-house and in the field, and to develop our customer service offer to the next level.
You will be responsible for the whole after sales business area. This means that you actively target and acquire the customer, plan your service interventions, carry out the service job, order spare parts, manage spare parts inventory, invoicing and following up.
The products we work with are mainly welding and cutting machines that are dropped off or collected to our service and repair centre in Eslöv, as well as stationary machines that are serviced on-site all over Sweden.
You will also be responsible for the installation and starting up of complex CNC-controlled equipment among other things.
Travel is a big part of the job, both to customers in Sweden and our suppliers around in Europe and Asia.
You will also be expected to draw up service contracts and selling them to new and existing clients.
It is important to be available to the customer also out of normal working hours.

About you
To succeed in this role you must be prepared to work independently and quickly adapt to every situation. You will need to solve problems that are electronic, mechanic or software related.
You have a background in mechatronics, electronics or electric engineering and you are also skilled in mechanics and software.
You feel comfortable in initiating new contacts and you have no problems to communicate with customers verbally as well as in writing.
It is very important to us that you are carrying out your duties in an efficient and orderly manner. You have a profound understanding that the customer is your ultimate boss and is also the one who is paying your salary.
Heavy lifting can occur so good physical shape is a must.
It may happen that a customer has a breakdown f ex during a weekend and then it is important to be available and flexible.

Important for this position is:
· Initiative and taking ownership of our service offer
· A deep interest for technical matters and experience in electronics, mechanics, automation, software and even hydraulics
· Basic knowledge about welding techniques
· Knowledge about CNC-control software and diagnostic software
· Understanding of the economical aspects of running a company
· You speak very good English and preferably also Swedish and German.
· You have a class B driving license.
· If you have license for forklift, crane and hot works it is an advantage.
· Keeping your place clean and in good order

Working hours are flexible but generally 40 hours per week, 07.00 to 16.00
