In the role as WCM coordinator you will be responsible for implementing and leading the company’s WCM work and development. You are an active member of Sekurit international WCM operation and report our results monthly to the group. You report to the Site General Manager.

Work tasks
Leading the steering committee and supporting the organization with WCM.
Training our employees so that we can lead more WCM-projects
Oversee changes and updates from the group that affect WCM
Lead WCM improvement projects
Plan and develop existing tools for WCM like 5S and Performance Control System (PCS)
Coordinate routines for WCM with existing routines

To be successful in this role you need to have the ability to understand the organization from a holistic perspective and the ability to create engagement and interest for WCM and the working models that should be implemented. You are expected to communicate without hindrance to different levels in the organization and to in a quick and convincing way involve yourself in the organizations various areas. This role demands an analytical mindset and some patience to utilize the WCM-tools in an optimal way.
Qualifications
- Technical education from university or similar
- Good knowledge about WCM/lean in producing companies
- Good knowledge in leading of projects and change management
- Good knowledge in training of others
- Fluent in English

We are now looking for a new colleague who will be part of our Maintenance team and have the role of Maintenance Engineer! Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia AB is based in Eslöv, and you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Your colleagues work, among other things, with planning maintenance in our process and production parts, carrying out maintenance work on mechanical parts, electrical parts and automation parts. The team also works with purchasing spare parts, equipment and tools.

The role
In the role as Maintenance Engineer you will support the organization with maintenance and improvement projects, you will also work with training programs for your collegues to ensure a high level of maintenance understanding. For you to thrive in this role you enjoy working with problemsolvning, you have great analyzing skills and you communicate well with all parts of the organization!
The role also entails:
· Ensure the production line remains in compliance with all regulations and company procedures
· Highlighting and delivering improvement projects
· Reactive, preventative och practive maintenance activities
· LEAN-activities for solving reacurrent breakdowns
· Involved in WCM-projects
Qualifications
· Education in Maintenance Engineering or similar
· 5 years experciense of maintenance engineering in a continouous process or manufacturiring environment
· Interpriate technical manuals
· Experience in and practical application of WCM tools
· Experience from working with LEAN
· IOSH Managing Safety
· IT skills; intermediate level of Word, Excel

Som Projektledare är din huvuduppgift att planera och driva tekniska projekt i fabriken. Då vi arbetar med högvolymsproduktion är det extremt viktigt att projekten får en effektiv och problemfri implementering.
Vi arbetar med projekt enligt en strukturerad standard med grindsystem efter varje projektfas. Stor vikt ligger på att aktivt minska potentiella risker genom kontinuerlig uppdatering av tidsplan och riskbedömningar. Detaljerad och genomarbetade valideringsplaner är en självklarhet för att kunna lyckas med en vertikal uppstart.
Din bakgrund
· Vi söker dig som är civilingenjör, högskoleingenjör eller motsvarande, troligtvis med maskinteknisk inriktning.
· Vi ser gärna att du har minst 2 års erfarenhet av projekt inom industrin, gärna inom bilindustrin.
· Du har erfarenhet av att utveckla och leda krossfunktionella team.
· Du har teknisk bakgrund och allmän kunskap inom både mekanik, el och automation för att effektivt kunna driva industrialiseringsprojekt.
Din Profil
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara metodisk och ha vana av att arbeta med flera projekt och leverantörer parallellt. Du är öppen och rak i din kommunikation och har lätt för att samarbeta med och motivera andra projektmedlemmar.
Tidvis i projekten kan tempot vara högt och vi tror att du behöver vara strukturerad, drivande och prestigelös för att lyckas driva projekten hel vägen i mål. För att skapa en öppen och engagerande kultur ser vi det som en självklarhet att du delar med dig av dina erfarenheter och är nyfiken och öppen för att lära dig nya saker.
Du behärskar svenska och engelska flytande i tal och skrift och har goda kunskaper i Office paketet. Du bör även ha god vana av ekonomisk uppföljning och rapportering.
