Saint-Gobain Sekurit is the preferred partner of the automobile industry when it comes to automotive glazing. Cars all over the world are equipped with their products. Saint-Gobain Sekurit Scandinavia (SGSS) is located in Eslöv supplying car manufacturers with laminated side glazing. Around 200 people are working in the highly automated factory, delivering a high volume, premium solutions.
 
To further strengthen our Supply Chain organisation we are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager to Eslöv.

The role
As Supply Chain Manager you are part of the management team of SGSS and reports directly to the Managing Director. You will manage the Supply Chain department and logistic operation of the company including Customer Service, Planning and Logistics with a vision to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by creating the perfect flow in the Supply Chain.
 
The Supply Chain Manager have a total of 11 employees to manage including three direct reports. The logistics function includes an external Service Center, warehouse operation. 

The work and responsibility include:

* Managing and develop the SGSS logistic operation, including service centre with regard to the delivery precision, quality and inventory costs.
* Setting up the appropriate procedures and controls related to the internal control for Stock and Logistics
* Key planning responsibility for the production
* Manage customer’s delivery plans, shipping and invoicing.
* Regularly follow up and report the delivery performance and inventory level.

As Supply Chain Manager you will be a member of the WCM extended steering committee. 
  
 
Your Profil
 
We are looking for someone with an established background within Supply Chain. This include:
* Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding manufacturing.
* Experience from working in a large volume manufacturing company.
* Excellent management skills and the ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders.
* Experience from working with SAP.
* Relevant academical background.
* English and Swedish capabilities are on a professional level.

We are now looking for a Planning Manager to our Supply Chain Organisation in Eslöv. The manufacturing process is highly automated and consists of a large amount of technical aspects.

Main tasks
As Planning Manager, you will manage a small team handling the processes of Capacity Planning, Supply and Master Data. Your main responsibility will be planning the main process in production. This includes making forecasts and placing orders so that the amount of inventories are at a correct level. In short, it makes you a key-player in the entire production process. You will get the ability to look to the future at the same time as you live in the present, making follow-ups on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and plan accordingly. 
 
Furthermore, your planning will be the foundation that certain activities is based upon, such as Demand-Capacity balance analysis. This includes:
 
* Identifying bottlenecks, comparing capacity and production forecast for all work center.
* Adjusting the quantities to produce and study the alternative scenarios (shift changes, balancing products etc).


We use SAP as our main ERP tool, making it an important feature in your everyday-work. As Planning Manager, you will become a key-user on SAP for Production Planning, Module and master data responsible. This includes supporting local planners and participating in the European production planning user club.

Your Background
We are looking for someone with an established background within Production Planning. You have experience from working with SAP and large volumes, preferably in a process industry. You have a relevant academical background or equivalent work experience within the right field. Your English and Swedish speaking capabilities are proven excellent.
